​EFT (also known as tapping) isn’t just for one kind of pain or problem. It can be used for anything that’s weighing on you — anything that feels stuck, overwhelming, or out of alignment. Whether it’s a memory you can’t shake, a belief that keeps holding you back, a habit you’re ready to release, or a feeling you just can’t name — tapping meets you right where you are.

 

At its heart, EFT is about creating more freedom. Freedom from old stories. Freedom from inherited patterns. Freedom from the pressure to hold it all together when you're barely hanging on.

If something is impacting your sense of peace, safety, or self — you’re allowed to bring it here. Nothing is too big, too small, too messy, or too strange. If it matters to you, it matters.

Tap Your Way Home

Join me for online sessions where you'll be gently guided back to yourself, using evidence-based Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) (also known as tapping). Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported — a space that honours your story and your inner wisdom.

You bring your lived experience. I bring my background in social work and working with EFT. From there, we’ll collaborate to:

  • Gently release the weight of past and present pain

  • Explore the beliefs and stories that have shaped how you see yourself

  • Set meaningful goals and work through the challenges that come with growth

  • Soften the grip of anxiety, stress, and depression

  • Ease worries about the future

  • Learn practical, nervous system-friendly tools to bring yourself calm, comfort, and clarity
