Life is unpredictable — I understand that things come up. The following policy is here to support both of us in honouring time, energy, and care.
Session Cancellations or Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally non-refundable, except in cases of emergency or significant personal distress — I trust your judgment and ask that you communicate with care.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session is considered used and not eligible for a refund.

I understand that sometimes technology fails or life intervenes — please reach out if something unexpected happened, and we can discuss options.
Refunds

Refunds are not automatically issued for change of mind or last-minute cancellations.

If you’re unhappy with your session for any reason, I invite you to contact me directly. I am committed to providing a respectful and meaningful experience, and will always aim to find a fair resolution.

Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Workshops, Group Sessions, or Packages

Separate terms may apply for group programs or pre-paid packages — these will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

If a workshop or group session is cancelled by me (Kate), you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
