Self-work Mapping
If you want to get a head start on understanding what you want to achieve with tapping, or continue on with some work alone, it can be very helpful to do some mapping. This document will support you to work through recording what memories or topics you might like to work on with tapping - whether that's in a session with me, or during self-work.
